Girls Who Kick - a programme designed to engage women in Martial Arts

Girls Who Kick was created by Carly Wilson (5th Degree) to help raise the profile of women in Martial Arts. As a junior and senior national team member and international medalist, as well as the first female Technical Director on the ITF England Taekwon-Do Board, Carly's awareness of Taekwon-Do is a special one, being one of the few women to have reached such a senior position before the age of 30. Carly saw the need to create Girls Who Kick to allow female practitioners across the country to meet each other, train with one another and share their experiences in order to realise their own goals as Girls Who Kick. We run seminars across England each year, with some smaller events being run by our regional representatives.
